1¡¢ZXJ-4 bottle washer is made of 1CV18Ni9 stainless steel which is resistant to acid and alkali preventing the water from pollution. Argon arc welding and polishing process are adopted to make the internal quality and appearance of the machine reaches certain grade.
2¡¢ Water circulation device is equipped to again inject the washed water which has been treated with special filtration into the water jet to have repeated application, which not only assures the water quality, but also saves abundant water. Clean water will be used to have final washing.
3¡¢Chain and roller transmission are adopted, rollers can rotate automatically in-phase to transmit the tray stored with bottle to assure equally and completely wash every bottle.
4£®Six water jets are set with water column with O.3Mpa hydraulic pressure to reach washing standard under high pressure water column.
5£®Bottle board of this machine can be freely adjusted, fit for washing bottle with different specs. |
