FK-100B electromagnetic induction aluminum foil capper uses the advanced airproofing technique in the world and is widely used in pharmacy, food, cosmetics, pesticide, chemical products and other products filled in bottles. FK-100B continuous aluminum foil capper introduces the latest induction heating control technique from Taiwan, adopts transistor module with great power, high frequency switch power technique, PLL technique and digital technology and has made great improvement in the aspect of small size, high stability and high efficiency.
Operational principle: under function of high frequency electromagnetic field, aluminum foil will bring great whirlpool and glow quickly, then film adhesive under the aluminum foil will be melted and agglutinated with the bottle jack, therefore it can be quickly airproofed without contact method.
Main power elements are equipped on large radiator and forced wind cooling is adopted, heating inductor adopts double wind cooling. (Cleanout device is equipped)
